  ROBERTSON
  
  Raymond R. "Cookie" Robertson, 84, of Meyersdale, died July 9, 1999
  at Meyersdale Medical Center.  Born April 4, 1915 in Boynton, a son of
  the late William and Pearl (Denniker) Robertson.  Also preceded in
  death by a daughter, Susan Kay Robertson.  Survived by his wife, the
  former Mabel I. Beals; two sons, Ronald P. Fidler, Frostburg, Md.,
  and John A. Robertson, Meyersdale. Five grandchildren and four
  great-grandchildren.  A brother of Clyde Robertson, York, and Edward
  Robertson, Coal Run.  A member of the Meyersdale Church of the
  Brethren.  He worked in the shipyards during World War II.  He was a
  coal miner, farmer and a salesman for the Archway Cookie Co. for 29
  years.  Friends were received Sunday at the Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday (today)
  with Pastor Mike Swick officiating.  Interment Union Cemetery,
  Meyersdale.
