Thomas (Red) Robertson Jr., 49, of Meyersdale RD 3, died Nov. 25, 1978 at the Meyersdale Community Hospital. Born Sept. 4, 1929 in Shaw Mines, he was the son of the late Thomas and Savilla (LaRue) Robertson. He is survived by three brothers: James Robertson and Kenneth and Lowery, both of Meyersdale and Clyde Lowery of Sequim, Wash.; and three sisters: Mrs. Rita Bittner, Meyersdale RD 3, Mrs. Udell Lindeman, Boynton, and Mrs. Nel Wilburn of Grantsville, Md. He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. He was a member of the L.O.O.M. of Meyersdale and the Salisbury VFW Home Aid Association. He was the former owner of the Red Kettle Restaurant, Meyersdale RD 3, and was employed by the, Saner Bros. Coal Co. Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services were conducted with the Rev. Bobby Phillips officiating. Interment, Union Cemetery. The Republic, November 30, 1978 [R756]
