  ROY E. ROBLEY
  
  Roy E. Robley, 69, of Port Charlotte, Fla., died there June 6, 1971.
  Born in Berlin, he had moved from McKeesport to Florida about eight
  years ago.  Surviving are his wife, the former Opal Smith; a son, Roy
  E. Jr. of Colorado Springs; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Philips of
  Vandergrift, 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  Funeral
  service was held in Florida.
