  ROCK
  
  Lloyd W. Rock, 78, Somerset RD 6, died June 16, 1989 in Somerset
  Hospital.  Born July 3, 1910, in Somerset Township; son of late Harry
  and Sadie (Barron) Rock.  Preceded in death by brothers; George and
  Alvin Rock and sister Mrs. Willard Bruner.  Also preceded in death by
  step-mother, Lulu (Pyle) Rock.  Survived by wife Mae (Knepper) Rock,
  one son Arthur L. married to former Donna Dunmyer, Somerset RD 6; a
  number of grandchilden and great-grandchildren also survived by
  brothers and sisters; Mrs. Mabel (Elmer) Miller, Roxsbury; Mrs. Edith
  (Wilson) Stutzman, Stoystown; and Mrs Ruth (William) Hutzell,
  Somerset; brothers; Eugene, Somerset RD 6; and Duayne, state of
  California.  Life member of Pike Run Church of the Bretheren, retired
  a farmer.Death terminated marriage of 54 years.  Friends will be
  received 7-9 p.m. Sunday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday in the Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home where services will be conducted at  a.m.
  Tuesday with the Rev. Herbert E. Schimpf officiating.  Interment
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers Memorials may be
  made to Pike Run Church of the Brethren.
