   Richard "Fuzzy" Rodgers, 81, the symbol of Christmas spirit in Oak Harbor, Wash., died
  Dec. 12, 2006, at Whidbey General Hospital, Coupeville, Wash. He was born Jan. 5, 1925,
  and raised in Hooversville, the son of Amzie and Leona Goldie (Conrad) Rodgers.
