  ROGERS
  
  Jesse Ray Rogers, 82, Somerset RD 2, died Dec. 4, 1987, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born April 25, 1905, in West Virginia.  Preceded
  in death by wife, the former Anna Bectel, one son, Clarence, and an
  infant daughter, Betty Jane.  Survived by sons: Charles of Florida;
  Grant, with whom he resided; Manuel and Ernest, all of Somerset RD 2;
  James of Somerset; and Henry, residing in Turkey; 17 grandchildren;
  and a number of great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received 4-9
  p.m. Monday (today) in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service
  will be conducted Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., the Rev. Carl Ellenberger
  officiating.  Interment, Casebeer Cemetery.
