Palm Bay, Fla. 32909, died Oct. 12, 2000 at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, New York, N.Y. Born Sept. 17, 1943 in Brooklyn, N.Y. Son of the late Joseph and Letteria (Sciabba) Rogers. Survived by wife the former Betty Jane Coppola, daughter Michelle Rogers, Palm Bay, Fla., aunt Teresa Rini, Brooklyn, cousin Robert Canino, Long Island, N.Y., and mother-in-law Estelle (Neri) Coppola. Friedens RD. Graduate of St. Francis College, Brooklyn. Observed 32nd wedding anniversary Sept. 27, 2000. Former quartermaster in the U.S. Naval Reserve, later serving as a major in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Retired major in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and also retired from the New York Air National Guard. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where vigil for the deceased will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday. Funeral mass at 10 a.m. Monday at All Saints Chapel, Acosta, Rev. Martin Breski, O.F.M. Cony. celebrant. Committal, Mt.
