  HARVEY C. ROMESBERG 
  
  Harvey C. Romesberg, 79, of Rockwood RD 1, died April 7, 1983, at
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  He was born April 24, 1903, in Black
  Township, a son of Joel and Sarah (Zerfoss) Romesberg.  He is survived
  by his wife, Emma (Handwerk) Romesberg, Rockwood RD 1; one son, Harry
  R., Rockwood RD 1; stepson, Ward Handwerk, Rockwood RD 1; one
  daughter, Mrs. Theodore (Mary Ann) Fundis, Rockwood RD 1; a
  sister-in-law, Della Snyder, of the Pinehurst Nursing Home in
  Ligonier; five grandsons: Barry, Donald, Lee and Dean Romesberg and
  Wayne Fundis.  He was a farmer in Black Township for all of his adult
  life.  He was a member of Sanner St. John's Lutheran Church and a
  member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Rockwood.  His death
  terminates a marriage union of 47 years.  Friends were received in the
  William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, were conducted with his
  pastor, the Rev. James Roth officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his
  memory to St. Luke's Lutheran Church of Rockwood.
