  ROMESBURG
  
  Pearl M. Romesburg, 73, of Garrett, died Jan.  in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  She was born April 2, 1914 in RusselIton, Pa.,
  the daughter of the late Calvin and Nettie (Glessner) Valentine.
  Preceded in death by her husband, Spurgeon M. Sr.  Survived by a son,
  Spurgeon M. Jr., of Garrett.  She was the sister of Oscar Valentine of
  Stoystown; Earl and Marie Patsy of Meyersdale; Miss Thelma Valentine,
  Baltimore, Md.; and Mary Rosella Burley, Mckeesport.  Also surviving
  are a grandchild and two great grandchildren.  Friends will be
  recieved at tlte Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, Wednesday, from
  2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.  Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, the
  Rev. William Phennicie officiating.  Interment, Highland Cemetery,
  Garrett.
