  ROMESBURG
  
  Ray Romesburg, 87, Confluence, died July 18, 1988, in the Uniontown
  Hospital.  Born Oct. 24, 1900, in Lower Turkeyfoot Township, a son of
  the late Benjamin and Hattie (Younkin) Romesburg.  Preceded in death
  by his wife, Nellie (McDaniels) Romesburg.  Survived by three
  children: a son, Thomas, Youngstown, Ohio; and two daughters: Mary
  Martin, Markleysburg; and Betty Sebastian, Fla.; five grandchildren,
  five great-grandchildren; two sisters: Zelma Shoaf, Irwin; and Lillie
  Deal, Confluence.  Member of the Confluence Christian Church and the
  Knights of Pythias.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 10
  a.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where
  services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Evert C.
  Millard officiating.  Interment, Baptist Cemetery.
