  ROSE
  
  Arlene C. Rose, 85, of Somerset died Jan. 17, 2001 at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Nov. 23, 1915 in Ralphton, she is the daughter of the
  late William and Mary (Critchfield) Cook.  Also preceded in death by a
  brother Cober Cook.  Survived by her husband Raymond E. Rose to whom
  she was married 62 years, sons Marlin Rose of Butler, married to the
  former Beverly Hyatt, and Brian Rose of Somerset.  Grandchildren,
  Timothy and Jennifer Rose, both of Butler, and Brianna and Arica Rose
  of Somerset, and great-grandson, Alexander Rose.  Sister of Mrs.
  William (Helen) Queer, Somerset.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church
  and a 1932 graduate of Somerset High School.  Private services will be
  held for the family.  Interment, Husband Cemetery. Arrangements under
  the direction of the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.
