  Harriet I. Rose, 91, Confluence RD 3, died Aug. 18, 1986, at home.
  Born Sept. 8, 1895, in Confluence, daughter of late Albert and
  Catherine Smith.  Preceded in death by husband, Charles H.; and two
  sons, William and James.  Survived by four sons: Glenn, Confluence;
  Kenneth, Addison; Eugene, Mason City, Iowa; and Charles Jr., El
  Monte, Calif.; five daughters: Kathryn Snyder, and Bertha (Bea)
  Pruitt, both of Norwalk, Calif.; Ethel (Betty) Pletcher, Rockwood;
  Jean Owens, Burbank, Calif.; and Vcrna Reynolds, San Diego, Calif.;
  37 grandchildren, 52 greatgrandchildren and four
  great-great-grandchildren.  Sister of Harvey Smith, Confluence.  Member
  of Confluence Church of the Nazarene.  Friends will be received 7-9
  p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Humbert Funeral
  Home, Confluence.  Body will lie in state at Confluence Church of the
  Nazarene from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, time of service, the
  Rev. Harry Welch officiating.  Interment, Jersey Cemetery.
