  Leslie G. Rose, 49, Boswell RD 2, died April 4, 1980, at Memorial
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Jan. 29, 1931, in Ligonier, son of Harry E.
  and Janet (Scott) Rose.  Preceded in death by parents.  Survived by
  widow, the former Florence Shaffer, and these children: James L.,
  married to the former Lou Anne McAchren, Joann R., wife of William
  Stoppe, and Leslie N., married to the former Cindy Resh, all of
  Boswell RD 2; four grandchildren.  Brother of Helen, wife of Lynford
  Buckham, Phyllis, wife of Theodore McClintock, both of Boswell, RD 2;
  and Harry, married to the former Alice Noel, Jennerstown.  Member of
  Laurel Trinity Lutheran Church, Jennerstown, and UMWA. An employee of
  Sheesley Construction, Johnstown.  Friends were received Sunday evening
  and will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Hoffman Funeral
  Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where service will be held at 11
  a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Carl A. Baker and the Rev. Max DeArmey.
  Interment, Jennerstown Lutheran Cemetery.
