Rosenberger, 78, formerly of Finzel, MD, died Monday, June 11, 1990 at the Meyersdale Manor Nursing Home, Meyersdale, where he had resided for about two years. Born in Finzel, MD on Feb. 22, 1912, he was a son of the late (LaRue) Rosenberger. One son also preceded him in death. He served in the Army in World War II and was formery employed by the Celanese Corperation. He was a member St. Michael's Catholic Church, Frostburg, Md., and Farrady Post 24, American Legion, also in Frostburg, MD. He is survived by one son, Carl E. Rosenberger, Cresaptown, MD; four sisters, Clara McKenzie, Finzcl, MD; Alberta Rosenberger, Frostburg, MD; Edna Kimble, Meyersdale; Evelyn Baker, Cumberland, MD; and three grandchildren. Friends were received at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, MD. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church by Msgr. John L. Reinsfelder.
