He was the son of Mrs. Jennie Darr, wife of William Darr of Salisbury. Funeral services will be held at the Thomas Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. Meyersdale Republican, June 18, 1942 --- Clair Rosensteel, aged 57 years, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Salisbury, died June 16, 1942, in a Cincinnati hospital after an extended illness, caused by heart trouble. He was a son of Mrs. Jennie Darr of Salisbury. Surviving are his mother and step-father, William Darr of Salisbury, and three sisters, Mrs. Harvey Critchfield, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Willard Forney of Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. R. A. Thomas of Bedford, Pa. Funeral services were conducted at the funeral home of Stanley M. Thomas, mortician, in Salisbury, June 19, by Rev. J. B. Warman, pastor of the Meyersdale and Salisbury Methodist Churches. Interment was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, under the direction of Mortician Thomas. Meyersdale Republican, June 25, 1942
