  Billy Carl Ross, 47, Berlin, passed on Nov. 25, 2005, at home. Born Nov. 18,
  1958, in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., he is the son of the late Carl E. Ross and
  Myrtice (Agerton) Wise, Baker, Fla.
  
  He is preceded in death by his father; grandmother, Oletta Ross; niece, Paige
  Ross; and brother-in-law Bryan Shank. He is survived by his wife of 16 years,
  Tabitha (Custer) Ross, Berlin; children, Tiffany, Billy II and Kaitlin Ross;
  brothers, David and wife, Dolly Ross, Somerset; Roger Ross, Baker, Fla., and
  Steve and wife, Cindy Ross, Somerset; sisters, Tonya Shank, Glencoe; and Carla
  Ross and fiancˇ, Michael Gregory, Somerset; and 15 nieces and nephews. He was
  an accomplished artist and loved the Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Braves, shooting
  pool and body surfing. He dearly loved his wife and children. Friends may call
  from 1 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home,
  Somerset. The Rev. Roger Forry officiating. Interment Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
