Born May 7, 1890, in Somerset the daughter of George and Elmira (Stull) Shaffer. Preceded in death by parents, first husband, J. Watson Frease, and son, George Shaffer Frease, and second husband, Elmer T. Ross. She was reportedly the first woman in Somerset to own and operate an automobile. She is survived by a granddaughter, Mrs. Donna Lynn Zuendel, with whom she resided in Kansas for the past few months. Also surviving are a grandson, Robert Gary Frease, and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Elma M. Frease, both of Akron, Ohio. Service will be held at the Eckard, Baldwin Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio, Tuesday (today) at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Ron Mosby officiating. Interment, Green Lawn Cemetery, Akron, Ohio.
