  ROSS, Ruth Alma 10/12/06 Daily American
  
   Ruth Alma Ross, 82, Somerset, died Oct. 11, 2006, at The Patriot, Somerset. Born Feb.,
  27, 1924, in South Connellsville, she is the daughter of the late Orville J. and Ellie
  (Thorpe) Bryner. She is also preceded in death by daughter, Betty L. Ross; brother,
  Raymond; and three sisters, Leona, Blanche and Mary. Surviving are her husband, Kenneth
  L. Ross; sons, Kenneth R. Ross and wife, Paula (Ferguson), Huntsville, Ala.; and Frank L.
  Ross Sr. and wife, Sherry (Christner), Somerset; six grandchildren and eight
  great-grandchildren. Mrs. Ross was a home-maker. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and
  7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, Md., where
  a service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Scott Zedicker officiating.
  Interment will be in Indian Creek Baptist Cemetery, Mill Run. Condolences may be sent to
