Rovnyak, 55, Friedens RD 2, died Oct. 21, Somerset Community Hospital. Born Dec. 21, 1918, in Listie, a son of Mary Bator Rovnyak, of Listie. and the late John Rovnyak. Preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Survived by his widow, the former Mabelle Lease, and these children: Mrs. George (Lee Ann) Zablotney. Minper, Ohio: Stephen. Levittown. Pa.; Mrs. James (Jill Eleanor) Gary, SanAntonio. Tex.; Leslie Jean and Mark Lease, both at home. Three grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Samuel (Veronica) Pochatek, Woodside, N.Y.: Mrs. Charles (Marie) Yonish. Detroit; Mrs. Edward (Dorothy) Simonson, Long Island. N.Y.; and Joseph, Uniondale, N.Y. Member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Listie, and of Jednota Lodge. Veteran of World War II, and a Boy Scout councilman. Friends received after 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home. Services will be conducted Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Michael's Catholic Church, Listie. Rev. Fr. Samuel Tomaselli.
