  Scott R. Rowan, 42, Somerset, formerly of Bedford, died May 18, 1997,
  at his home.  Born Feb. 8, 1955, in Harrisburg.  Son of Chester L. and
  M. Jean (Camin) Rowan.  Graduate of Bedford High School and attended
  Allegany Community College, Cumberland, Md., and the Hiram G. Andrews
  Center in Johnstown. Employee of Ramada Inn, Somerset.  Member of the
  Bedford Masonic Lodge 320, F&AM.  Survived by mother in Bedford;
  brother, Mark W., married to the former Debbie Wolfhope, Manns Choice
  RD 1; maternal grandmother, Anna Camin, Bedford.  Preceded in death by
  father in 1989.  Service at 8 p.m. Friday at Wilbur D. Miller Funeral
  Home, Somerset, Rev. Roger Forty, officiating.  Interment at the
  convenience of the family.  Arrangements by Louis Geisel Funeral Home,
  Bedford.  A Masonic service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the
  Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home by Masonic Lodge 358, F&AM, of Somerset.
