  LILLIAN A. ROWE 
  
  Lillian A. Rowe, 68, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Meyersdale, died 
  Jan. 28, 1980, in Phoenix.  She was a daughter of the late Knute and Ellen
  (Granath) Hjertsted.  She is survived by her husband, Frank E.; and
  these children: Frank Jr., Seattle, Wash.; Robert, New York, N.Y.;
  Paul, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Mrs. Alid Small, El Paso, Texas.  Also
  survived by one brother, five sisters, eight grandchildren and two
  great-grandchildren.  Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale.  A graveside service was held at the Union Cemetery with
  the Rev. Lloyd Wilson officiating.
