LEORA  RUBRIGHT

Leora Jean Pratt Rubright, 70, of Champion RD 1, died Thursday, October 24, 
1991, at Somerset Hospital.  Born May 7, 1921 in Indian Head, she was the 
daughter of the late Joseph and Nellie (Grimm) Adams.  She was preceded in death 
by her first husband, Paul X. Pratt; second husband, George P. Rubright; a son, 
Paul J. Pratt; brother, Joseph Adams; and sister, Garnet Drago.  She is survived 
by a daughter, Mrs. Mary Showman, Champion RD 1; also a stepdaughter, Mrs. 
Herbert (Shirley) Holida, Chambersburg; eight grandchildren and four great 
grandchildren; two brothers; David B. Adams, Connelsville; and Jacob W. Adams, 
Champion; sisters; Mrs. Bessie Eutsey, Markleysburg; Mrs. Ralph (Ferne) 
Browning, Connelsville; and Mrs. Verna Piper, of Latrobe.  Friends were received 
Friday at the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc., Route 711, Melcroft, where 
services were held Saturday, with the Rev. Kerry M. Johnson officiating.  
Interment, Mount Nebo Cemetery.
