One child preceded her to the grave. The surviving children are Daisy, aged 5 years, Bobby, 3 years, Virginia, 16 months, and Paul, aged 13 days. She is also survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Hoover; also by these brothers and sisters: Frank, Charles, Paul and Esther Jane Hoover, and Mrs. Charles Kelly, all of this place. Mrs. Rubright was a devoted wife and mother, also a good neighbor, and will be missed by all who knew her. The funeral sermon was preached by Rev. Minerd, pastor of Garrett Evangelical Church, of which Mrs. Rubright was a member. He used for his text the comforting words of Jesus to Mary and Martha, John 11:11. The funeral was in charge of Mills & Mickey, Rockwood undertakers. Her body was interred in the cemetery of the Lutheran Church of Wilson Creek. Meyersdale Republican, March 10, 1932
