    Barry L. Rugg, 62, Somerset, went to be with his precious Lord and Savior Oct. 9, 2008,
  at his residence.  He was born May 19, 1946, in Fort Hill. He is preceded in death by his
  mother, Ada Rugg. He is survived by his beloved wife, Phyllis; sister, Marion Wiltrout ;
  children , Warren Lee Rugg, Michael A. Rugg, Ronda Velasquez, and Charles Rugg;
  stepchildren, Mindy Jones, Bill Jones, and Dan Jones; 16 grandchildren; and one
  great-grandchild. Barry served in the US. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was employed by
  Bedford/ Somerset MH/MR for over 21 years. He is a member of the Berlin Alliance Church
  where he was very active. Friends are welcome for viewing at the church at 10 a.m., one
  hour prior to the funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Berlin Alliance Church, the
  Rev. Sherman Berkey and the Rev. James Vandervort officiating. A committal service with
  full military rites accorded by the Somerset County Honor Guard will immediately follow.
  Private interment at Lambertsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions
  may be sent to the American Cancer Society at 168 W. Union St., Somerset, PA 15501.
