  RUGG
  
  Eli H. Rugg, 82, of Confluence RD 1, died May 28, 1987, at home.  Born
  Aug. 15, 1904, in Lower Turkeyfoot Township, a son of the late Joseph
  and Catherine (Ohler) Rugg.  Preceded in death by a daughter, Louella;
  and a son, Homer Eli.  Surviving are his wife, Helen (Augustine) Rugg;
  and four children: Willis Earl of Confluence; Russell Clayton of Mill
  Run; Dorothy Patton of Confluence; and Emily Conn of Mill Run; 25
  grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a brother, Edward Rugg of
  Confluence; and sisters: Mae Collins of Mill Run; Sylvia Ohler of
  Confluence; Flossie Costello of Warren, Mich.; and Hazel Close of
  North Liberty, Ind.  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Friday and
  from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Saturday at the Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, where services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m.  Interment to
  follow at Maple Summit Cemetery.
