  ELLIOTT L. RUGG 
  
  Elliott L. Rugg, 68, of Listonburg, died Jan. 10, 1979, in Somerset.
  He was born March 10, 1910, in Lower Turkeyfoot Township, a son of
  the late John W. and Caroline (Burnworth) Rugg.  He is survived by two
  sisters, Christina Nicholson of Confluence RD 3 and Caroline Shultz of
  Uniontown.  He was a veteran of World War II.  Friends were received at
  the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where funeral services were
  held with the Rev. Arthur Gotjen officiating.  Interment, Silbaugh
  Cemetery.  Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, where funeral services were held with the Rev. Paul
  Tobias officiating.  Interment, Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
