  RUGG
  
  Florence J. Rugg, 70, of Addison Township, died June 11, 1995, at
  Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born May 30, 1925, in Grantsville, Md.,
  daughter of the late Freeman and Elsie (Platter) Butler.  Survived by
  husband, Harry E., and four sons: Harry E. Jr., Grantsville, Md.;
  Alvie of Salisbury, George of Confluence, and Charles, at home; 10
  grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and eight brothers: Ralph of
  Washington, Pa.: Stewart of Gibsoma, Charles of Confluence, James of
  Cambridge Springs, Jack of Butler, Glenn and Roy, both of Fort Hill,
  and Alvie of Florida, and four sisters: Leona Butler of Ursina, Freda
  Edmonson of Ohio, and Shirley Beitzel and Jean Hutzel, both of
  Grantsville, Md.  Preceded in death by a brother, Hugh.  Friends will
  be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, where service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, with the
  Rev. Mark Blair officiating.  Interment, Maple Summit Cemetery.
