  RUGG
  
  Isaac Edward Rugg, 90, of Confluence, died Feb. 11, 2003 at his home.
  He was born Jan. 20, 1913 in lower Turkeyfoot Township.  A son of the
  late Joseph and Catherine (Ohler) Rugg.  In addition to his parents he
  was preceded in death by his first wife Mary Etta (Conn) Rugg;
  daughters Catherine Huddleston and Sue Ravenscraft; sons Donald and
  Emert, and infant children Samuel and Mary Jane.  Also six brothers
  and five sisters.  He is survived by his wife Beryl (Sipe) Rugg, sons
  Robert of Confluence, Ken of Mill Run, Jerry of Confluence and James
  of New Philadelphia, Ohio, and a daughter Judy Morarie of Thornton,
  Colo., 24 grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, 38
  great-grandchildren, seven step-great-grandchildren, and sisters
  Sylvia Ohler of Confluence and Hazel Close of South Bend, Ind.
  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 9
  p.m. Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence where services
  will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Carl Ritenour officiating.
  Interment in Jersey Cemetery.
