  RUGG
  
  Jesse J. Rugg, 38, of Friendsville, Md., formerly of Confluence, died
  April 14, 2003 in Addison Township as the result of an auto accident.
  Born August 20, 1964 in Connellsville a son of Donald Rugg of
  Confluence and the late Myrna Lee (Fazenbaker) Rugg.  In addition to
  his father he is survived by his wife Tammy (Phillippi) Rugg, a son
  Jesse H. and a daughter Amanda all of Ursina; brothers Donald E. of
  Friendsville, Md.: James D. and Christopher D, both of Confluence;
  sisters Myrna Jean Ross and Natasha Suter both of Friendsville Rhonda
  Meinhart of Confluence, and a half sister Linda Andreuzzi of
  Greensburg.  He was employed as a labor foreman for Brayman
  Construction Co. of Gibsonia.  A private viewing and graveside service
  will be held at the convenience of the family. Samuel McClintock
  officiating.  Interment in Jersey Cemetery.  Arrangements by Humbert
  Funeral Home, Confluence.
