  RUGG
  
  James Scott Rugg, 31, Markleysburg, died Feb. 18, 1988, as a result
  of an automobile accident.  He was born April 13, 1956, in Confluence,
  son of Floyd and Janet (Barkley) Rugg of Confluence.  Also surviving
  are his wife, Joy (Wilson) Rugg, Markleysburg; four children: Jeremy,
  Joshua, Joel and Jenelle, all at home; two brothers, Gary of Addison
  and Terry (Chub) of Confluence; a sister, Kathy Rugg of Confluence;
  paternal grandparents, James and Olive Rugg of Confluence.  He was a
  foreman for Green Acres Contractor.  Friends will be received in the
  Donald R. Crawford Funeral Home, Markleysburg, today from 10 a.m. to
  9 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., the hour of the service in
  the Gospel Center Church, Markleysburg, the Rev. Donald Hersom
  officiating.  Interment in Thomas Cemetery, Markleysburg.
