  RUGG
  
  Myrna L. Rugg, 57, of Confluence RD 1, died Feb. 19, 1995, at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born May 9, 1937, in Addison Township, a daughter
  of the late James and Dorothy (Sterner) Fazenbaker.  Survived by
  husband, Donald, and these children: Myrna Jean Ross, Friendsville,
  Md.; Donald E., Jesse, Rhonda Meinhart, James D., Christopher, and
  Natasha Rugg, all of Confluence; 14 grandchildren; three sisters:
  Geraldine Workman of Addison, Nova Stahl of Central City, Sylvia
  Kennedy of Detroit, Mich., and a brother, Darl Sterner of St. Louis,
  Mo.  Preceded in death by a sister, Donna Basinger.  Friends are being
  received until 9 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the Humbert Funeral Home in
  Confluence, where funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m.
  Wednesday, the Rev. Thomas Charles officiating.  Interment, Jersey
  Cemetery.
