   Robert P. Rugg, 68, Denver, died Jan. 28, 2006, at home in Denver. Born April 4, 1937,
  in Fort Hill. Preceded in death by parents, Simon Peter and Jennie (Phillippi) Rugg; son,
  Ronnie; and sisters, Esther and Ada. Survived by wife, Debbie, and seven children and
  grandchildren from previous marriages; sisters, Louise Scarlett, The Patriot; Opal,
  married to Oscar Harbaugh, Somerset; Nellie, married to Pete Faix, McKeesport; Dolly
  Limley, McKeesport; and Nelda, married to Kenneth Brubaker, Hooversville; and several
  nieces and nephews. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force and worked as a computer
  analyst. A full military service will be held in Colorado where he will be buried Friday.
