   Willis E. Rugg, 79, Confluence, died Jan. 13, 2007, in Somerset Hospital. Born Oct. 27,
  1927, in Stewart Township, Fayette County, a son of Eli and Helen (Augustine) Rugg.
  Preceded in death by parents, a grandson, Phillip Grimm, and a brother, Homer. He is
  survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty (Shipley) Rugg; daughters, Beverly Grimm and
  husband, Harry, Bethesda, Ohio; Marilyn Butler, Mount Pleasant; Nina Keedy and husband,
  Albert, White, Pa.; and Wendy Steadman and husband, James, Mount Pleasant; sons, Robert
  Rugg, Mount Pleasant; and Ronald Rugg and wife, Linda, Confluence; 16 grandchildren; 12
  great-grandchildren; a brother, Clayton Rugg, Mill Run; and sisters, Dorothy Patton,
  Confluence, and Emily Conn, Mill Run. Friends will be received at the Humbert Funeral
  Home, Confluence, from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday, and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the hour of service,
  Tuesday, with Gary Green, pastor, officiating. Interment at Indian Creek Baptist
  Cemetery, Mill Run.
