  RUMMEL
  
  Ruth M. Rummel, 84, of Somerset, died Oct. 15, 1993, at the Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Nov. 15, 1908, in Clymer, daughter of the late Claude
  L. and Etta (Giber) Rice.  Preceded in death by her husband, William
  D. Rummel, in 1968; a daughter, June Wilkins, and six brothers: Carl,
  Sheridan, Fred, Cliff, Earl and Ord Rice.  Survived by three children:
  Joyce Wilkins of Somerset; Mrs. Eugene (Betty Ann) Kauffman of
  Somerset RD 2 and William D. Rummel Jr., married to the former Jeri
  Clark of Tipton; 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and one
  great-great-grandson.  A member of the Church of the Nazarene,
  Somerset.  Friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday (today)
  at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, where funeral service will be
  conducted at 3 p.m. with the Rev. John Butchko officiating.
  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may
  be given to the American Lupus Society, 23751 Madison St., Torrance,
  Calif., 90505.
