  RUSH
  
  June Rush, 85, died at the Church of the Brethern Home, Scalp Level,
  Nov. 12, 1977.  She was formerly of Johnstown and Somerset.  Born June
  23, 1892 in Johnstown, daughter of Josiah and Lena (Slagle) Hoffman.
  Preceded in death by her husband, Calvin A. Rush.  Survived by a
  step-daughter, Mrs. Ethel (Knupp) Spangler of Somerset, and a
  step-granddaughter, Mrs. Gladys Allen of Greensburg.  She was a former
  teacher in the Johnstown Area School District.  Friends will be
  received after 2 p.m. Monday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home,
  Somerset, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev.
  Arnold S. Kastner officiating.  Interment, Grandview Cemetery,
  Johnstown.
