  Kenneth J. Rush Sr., 70, died Aug. 26, 1984, at St. Joseph's
  Hospital, Warren, Ohio, following an extended illness.  Survived by
  wife, Mrs. Violet Rush of Warren, Ohio.  Services will be at the Carl
  W. Hall Funeral Home 10 a.m. Wednesday.  Burial at Somerset Memorial
  Park 3 p.m. Wednesday.
