  Donald B. Russell, 78, White Star Residence, formerly of Acosta, died
  Oct. 30, 1987, at White Star Residence.  Born March 3, 1909, in Emeigh,
  Cambria County, a son of the late James B. and Dolerma (Braughler)
  Russell.  Preceded in death by wife, the former Naomi Nicklow, who
  died Sept. 25, 1981.  Survived by one daughter, Pat, wife of Herbert
  Grove, Avon Lake, Ohio; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter;
  one great-grandson; four sisters: Iva Allessi, Ypsilanti, Mich.;
  Martha Fagan, Spangler; Marie Gardner, Flagstaff, Ariz.; and Millie
  Hill, Dayton, Ohio.  Was retired coal miner from Pittsburgh
  Consolidation Coal Co.  Member of Somerset FOE, 1801.  Friends are
  being received at the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service
  will be conducted Monday (today) at 11 a.m., the Rev. Richard Wilbur
  and the Rev. C.J. Ickes.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
