  MILDRED L. RYLAND 
  
  Mildred L. Ryland of Accident, Md. died Aug. 9, 1980 at the West
  Virginia Medical Center at Morgantown.  She was born at Grantsville,
  Md., a daughter of the late Grant Bittinger and Arminta (Durst)
  Bittinger.  She was preceded in death by her husband, R. Russell
  Ryland.  She was a member of the Maple Grove Church of the Brethren
  and W.O.W. Camp ,41, Grantsville.  She is survived by one son, Donald
  Ryland, Baltimore, Md.; one brother, Fred Bittinger, Grantsville;
  four sisters, Mrs. Jeanette Lohr, Mrs. Mary Savage and Mrs. Lora
  Sipple, all of Grantsviile, and Mrs. Pearl Brenneman, Salisbury, and
  one granddaughter.  Services were conducted at Maple Grove Church of
  the Brethren by the Rev. David Fetter and the Rev. John Moyers.
  Burial will be in Grantsville Cemetery.  The family requests memorials
  be made to either the Maple Grove Church of the Brethren or the
  Northern Garrett County Rescue Squad.
