    Thelma L. Sadlon, 67, Windber, died Nov. 6, 2007, at Regional Hospice, Windber. Born
  April 3, 1940 in Shanksville, a daughter of the late Roy and Marie (Saylor) Onstead. Also
  preceded in death by her husband, George in 1990. Survived by daughter, Christine and
  fiancee, Ronald Wissinger, and special friend, Ronald Varner, all of Windber;
  sister-in-law of Mildred Simon, Windber. She loved her special pet cats, Toby and TeeTee.
  Thelma enjoyed crafting with her daughter, Chris. Member of Slovak Club, Polish Falcons,
  auxiliary to FOE, Windber Area Republican Club, 10th Society of Farm Women, and Good
  Shepherd Lutheran Church, Windber, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. The Rev.
  David Letscher, officiating. Interment Richland Cemetery. The family will receive friends
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Meek and Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc.,
  Windber. Those who wish may send contributions to Regional Hospice at Windber in Thelma's
  memory.
