Sadowsky, 41, 302 Allegheny St., Boswell, died April 8, 1983, at Memorial Hospital. Born Jan. 23, 1942, in Johnstown, son of Rudolph and Jean I. (Jacobs) Sadowsky. Preceded in death by parents, two infant brothers, sister Carol Pendleton, and brother Staff Sgt. Lloyd J., killed in action October 1966 in Vietnam. Survived by widow, the former Beverly Blucas. Brother of: Betty Jean, wife of Frank P. Jodlowsky, Mantua, Ohio; Patricia Sweitzer, York; Elfrieda, wife of Michael Bechek, Allison Park; Walter F., Hammond, La.; and Amanda, wife of John Ringler, Linesville. Member of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, Boswell; Boswell Post 461 American Legion; Cairnbrook Local 1023 UMWA; Boswell Lodge 1780 SOI; and Jerome Nest 556 Polish Falcons. Employed J&D Mining. Army veteran of Vietnam Conflict. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell.
