Born July 8, 1925 in Carpenters Park, Somerset County, a son of Harvey Jacob Sr. and Margaret (Sell) Sager. Preceded in death by parents; four sisters: Grace Hollenbaugh, Florence Patrick, Inez Daniels and Anna Faidley. Survived by nieces and nephews: Mrs. Betty M. Manges of Somerset, Mrs. Rolland (Bernice) Will of Ligonier, Mrs. Donald (Peggy Ann) Friedline of Jennerstown, William Daniels and wife Peggy of Hudson, Ohio, Mrs. Thomas (Betty Ann) Brick of Berlin and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Member of Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, World War II veteran U.S. Army, VFW Post 554, truck driver for the former Somerset Gasoline Co. of Somerset. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home where service will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Chauncey J. Ickes officiating.
