  Henry Sala, 71, of Somerset RD 4, formerly of Hollsopple, died Jan.
  8, 1985, at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Aug. 21, 1914, in
  Conemaugh Township, son of William J. and Alice (Stahl) Sala. 
  Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Lizzie, Effie, Emma, Annie;
  brothers, Calvin, John, William and George; and first wife, Emma
  Saylor, who died June 18, 1974.  Survived by wife, Alice E. (Miller)
  Conn, and these step-children, Margaret E., wife of Donald Dunmeyer,
  Rockwood RD 1; Daniel L. Conn, married to former Kathy Weimer,
  Somerset RD 4; Anna B., wife of John Shonko, Berlin; and Franklin H.
  Conn, Rockwood RD 1; and four step-grandchildren.  Brother of Ammon
  Sr., and Maggie Thomas, both of Hollsopple RD 2; and several nieces
  and nephews.  Member of Blough Mennonite Church.  Retired farmer. 
  Family receiving friends 4-9 p.m. Thursday at the George E. Mason
  Funeral Home, Davidsville, where services will be held 11 a.m.
  Friday, the Rev. Elvin Holsopple.  Interment, church cemetery.  In
  lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Fund.
