Born July 19, 1926, in High Point, N.C., the daughter of Seavy Wooten and Bessie Isobel (Daniels) Brinson. Preceded in death by parents, and brother Seavy W. Brinson Jr. Survived by Carl R. Saler, to whom she was married on Nov. 10, 1945; children, Mrs. Donald L. (Martha) Zerfoss, Somerset; Ms. Carla Latshaw, Lynchburg, Va.; grandchildren, Mrs. Rick (Polly) Hornig, Mifflinburg; Mrs. Daniel (Coleen) Miller, Madison Heights, Va.; Keith Uhl, Lynchburg, Va.; Gary Scott Uhl, San Antonio; D. Todd Zerfoss, Cape Coral, Fla.; and nine great-grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. James (Helen) Sanderson, Macon, Ga. An active church member of the First Christian Church, a 1945 graduate of new Hanover High School, Wilmington, N.C. and a member of DAR. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where a service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Daniel F. Nicksich officiating. Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
