  SALOVICH
  
  Melda A. (Nicholson) Salovich, 78, Johnstown, died Oct. 14, 1985, in
  Mercy Hospital, Altoona.  Born March 24, 1907, in Upper Turkeyfoot
  Township, daughter of the late John W. and Cynthia Elizabeth
  (Brougher) Nicholson.  Also preceded in death by three brothers and
  two sisters.  Survived by her husband, George D., Johnstown; brother,
  Warren, Philadelphia; and a sister, Olive Nicholson, Somerset. 
  Friends received 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at
  the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be conducted
  Friday at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. William Mulford officiating. 
  Interment, Kingwood Cemetery.
