She was born Feb. 17, 1899 in Summit Twp., daughter of the late Conrad and Ellen (Schrock) Haer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin in 1969; a son, Harold; five brothers; and one sister. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Clyde (Pauline) Weaver, Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Keim, both of Somerset; Mrs. James (Betty) Lynch, San Francisco, Calif.; Woodrow Sanner of Somerset RD 1; Mrs. William (Evelyn) Bowman, Grove City; Mrs. Waldo (Gloria) Fritz of Boswell; 17 grandchildren and; six great-grandchildren. She was a sister of Mrs. Norman Brant, Mrs. Norma Burkholder, and Curtis Haer, all of Garrett RD 1. She was a member of Samuels Lutheran Church, the LCW of the church, and Samuels Corners Homemakers. Friends were received at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home. Services were held at the Samuels Lutheran Church with the Rev. Gregory Pile officiating. Interment, Center Lutheran Church Cemetery.
