Sanner, 69, of 538 Markleton School Road, Markleton, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1999, at his home. He was born Oct. 25, 1930, in Upper Turkeyfoot Township, a son of Wesley L. and Ethel E. (Fike) Sanner. Preceded in death by parents, wife, Betty (Turney) Sanner, and brothers. Dale, Glenn and Joseph "Sonny" Sanner. He is survived by his wife Patricia E. (Smith) Sanner, a daughter, Beth Ann Potochar of Markleton, and sons, Robert H. Riddle II of Rockwood, Eric T. Riddle of Dover, and Pastor Duane A. Riddle of Markleton, 7 grandchildren, a nephew, Rick Sanner and a brother, Dwight Sanner, both of Markleton. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War and a retired truck driver and dairy farmer. Member of the Teamsters Union. Friends will be received at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence 2-9 p.m., Friday and Saturday until 1 p.m., the hour of service. The Rev. James Monticue officiating.
