Sanner, 40, of Somerset RD 4 died Aug. 4, 1995, at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. Born March 26, 1955, in Somerset. Son of Edmond C. and Audrey L. (Gross) Sanner, Rockwood RD 2. Devoted and loving husband of his wife, the former Theresa Barbera. Dedicated, caring and selfless father of Anthony, Christina, Anna, Maria and Andrea, all at home. Brother of David Sanner and wife Gerry of Meyersdale RD 4; Timothy Sanner and wife Dianne of Rockwood RD 2; and Sally Miller and husband Samuel J. of Markleton RD 1. Also survived by mother-in-law and father-in-law Nathaniel A. and Anne M. Barbera of Somerset RD 4; sister-in-law Jeanne M. Vaghi and husband Vincent of Potomac, Md.; brother-in-law Joseph A. Barbera and wife Elizabeth of Germantown, Md.; sister-in-law Eileen B. Melvin and husband Matthew of Somerset RD 1; brother-in-law Vincent J. Barbera and wife Melanie of Somerset RD 1; Matthew E. Brown of Washington, D.C.; and 25 loving nieces and nephews. Member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Somerset. He was a leader of the Eager Beavers 4-H Club, coach of youth basketball and baseball and a member of Pro-Fac. He will be forever missed by family and friends. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where Wake service will be conducted at 8:45 p.m. Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Somerset. Monsignor Samuel J. Tomaselli, celebrant. The Rev. William J. Sleasman of the First Christian Church of Somerset will say special prayers and remarks. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
