  SAPALIO
  
  Pete G. Sapalio 93 of Gray died July 20, 1975 in Somerset Community
  Hospital.  Born June 29, 1881 in Passaic, N.J. a son of the late Mr.
  and Mrs. George Sapalio.  He was preceded in death by his wife, the
  former Mary Gowarty, and two sons, Joseph and Chester.  Survived by
  these children:  Mrs. Josephine Sierocky of Gray; Ann, wife of Alex
  Gac of Hasbrock, N.J.; Helen, wife of Tony Pronsci, Endicott, N.Y.;
  Pete of Wellsburg, W.Va., John of Garfield, N.Y. and Robert, New
  Florence, RD 1.  Fifteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren. 
  He is a member of St. Johns Roman Catholic Church in Acosta, Boswell
  Lodge, UMW of A.  He was a retired miner of Pittsburgh Consolidation
  Coal Company.  Friends will be received Monday after 7 p.m. in the
  Robert Halverson Funeral Home where wake service will be held
  Tuesday, 8 p.m.  Funeral mass Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Johns Roman
  Catholic Church in Acosta.  Rev. J. Joseph Strittmatter officiating. 
  Interment Ralphton Cemetery.
