  SARVER
  
  Elwood M. Sarver, 69, Canfield, Ohio, formerly of Somerset, died Oct.
  2, 1986, in Salem Community Hospital, Salem, Ohio.  Born Dec. 1, 1916,
  in Somerset County, son of late Albert and Sadie (Stull) Sarver. 
  Preceded in death by first wife, former Bessie Meier; son, David; and
  two brothers, Henry and Harry.  Survived by wife, Florence Davis
  Sarver; three daughters, Arlene Ogline and Edith Sleasman, both of
  Somerset; and Carolyn Peterson, Rogers, Ohio; 13 grandchildren and
  one great-grandchild; also two sisters, Leora Kaufman, Somerset; and
  Marie Platt, Berlin.  Member of Grace Brethren Church, Somerset. 
  Retired coal miner.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Sunday in
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at
  1 p.m. Monday, the Rev. Cliff Wicks officiating.  Interment, Ridge
  Cemetery.
