Sarver, 82, of Plank Rd., Somerset RD 5, died Sept. 7, 1984, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born Feb. 1, 1902, in Somerset County, son of the late Augustus and Elmira (Bennett) Sarver. Preceded in death by wife Lottie in 1975, four brothers and one granddaughter, Debbie. Survived by two daughters: Mrs. Clyde (Ethel) Shaulis of Somerset; and Mrs. Mary Fritz of Somerset RD 5; one step-son, Freeman H. Bowser of Tampa, Fla.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; and one brother, Elmer of Garrett. Member of Brotherton Church of the Brethren, but attended the Rayman Church. A coal worker, carpenter, truck driver, and antique repairman and dealer. Friends will be received Saturday and Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where funeral service will be conducted Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev.
